“You can do ANYTHING – But you can’t do EVERYTHING.”
Hmmm – Not sure I agree with this.
I am a firm believer that you can achieve most things that you want to do. So long as you set your mind to it.
It may take a bit of planning.
It may take a change in behaviour.
But I KNOW that we are able to achieve many things that we initially thought were beyond our reach.
That feeling of FEAR – is normal.
Invariably it happens when you are bumping up against your comfort zone.
So the trick is – is to push through it. I can support you with that.
SO – have a think …
What is it that is holding you back?
What are you afraid of?
Now, stop and imagine what your life could be like – if you face your fear – and do it anyway.
Lisa – was in that situation : She was stuck in a rut and she was afraid to leave the house … but she chose to make a change.
She was tired of letting her anxieties get the better of her.
She contacted me; and we had a couple of CLARITY Calls. She made some changes to her thinking and hence her behaviour started to change and she started to get the results that, previously, she had only dreamed of. Lisa has broken down many of her old beliefs and faced her fears. Some of her many achievements over the past 4 months are :
- Been to the cinema
- To date she has lost 2 stone in weight
- Planning to see STEPS in concert
- Travelled on the Train – first time in about 15 years
- Started kickboxing and is planning to take her red belt exam in July
- Planning to fly in a plane – she last flew about 30 years ago
Now she is looking forward to socialising and travelling and making the most of her life. Lisa has a very exciting summer ahead.
