If you are or have been living with Depression or Anxiety, it is possible that at some point in your life you have experienced an event that triggered these emotions. Emotions, that if not dealt with can contribute to this debilitating condition.
Dealing with these emotions can prove a battle in itself, especially if therapy or medication have not worked for you, or perhaps you have made a conscious decision not to follow this route.

Traditionally, when we experience anger, these feelings come into our consciousness – and we address these feelings and try and manage our emotions until these feelings pass. So, we manage our reactions. But after TLT, these stored emotions are now gone. This only becomes apparent when you reach another situation that historically you would have reacted with anger, and yet this time all those years of anger have been eradicated. So rather than flying off the handle – you are likely to experience mild irritation.
The same rule applies for Sadness, Fear, Hurt and Guilt
