What a year 2020 has been already!

Our children have so much to navigate at the minute, that it can be really daunting for parents to learn how to relinquish control.
It’s our responsibility to guide our children through all the challenges and obstacles that they are facing.

If you can relate to this, you’ll love this episode with Tia Fagan, who encourages us beautifully to parent from a place of curiosity rather than fear.

When we learn to let go and parent from the heart – it somehow takes the pressure away from us parents to be perfect and frees our children also from having to measure up all the time – it can be truly liberating.

Tia explains that when we release control and open up space for our children to learn, they begin to trust their own inner guidance. Our children are then better equipped to navigate the challenges they face, safe in the knowledge that they will weather their storms -with is by their sides.
