Covid poses ‘greatest threat to mental health since the second world war’ UK’s leading psychiatrist predicts the impact will be felt for years after the pandemic ends

So, Christmas is done and dusted and the New Year is just around the corner – this headline doesn’t really make for cheery reading.

I have read articles and papers listing statistics and the forecasts in how the Coronavirus is going to affect us all :

As many as 10 million people, including 1.5 million children, are thought to need new or additional mental health support as a direct result of the crisis.
